The inspection reports provide a summary of conditions observed by the public health inspector at the time of the inspection. Results from inspections will remain posted for 24 months and enforcement-related activities will remain posted for 12 months. *Some of the convictions against a tobacco vendor can be applied toward an automatic prohibition (AP). Convictions from the sale, storage, and delivery of tobacco products are eligible and the AP may be for a period of a minimum of 6 months.
