This website provides quick and easy access to local inspection and enforcement-related activities by Public Health Sudbury & Districts. The inspection reports provide a summary of conditions observed by the public health inspector at the time of the inspection. Results from inspections will remain posted for 24 months and enforcement-related activities will remain posted for 12 months. You can use this information to make informed decisions about where you choose to receive or purchase services. Routine inspection information is available online for:

  • personal services settings

  • public beaches

  • public pools, spas, and splash pads

  • small drinking water systems (SDWS)

Enforcement-related information such as convictions and orders is available for all:

  • food premises

  • personal services settings

  • public pools, spas, and splash pads

  • public beaches

  • small drinking water systems (SDWS)

  • tobacco and electronic cigarette vendors*

*Some of the convictions against a tobacco vendor can be applied toward an automatic prohibition (AP). Convictions from the sale, storage, and delivery of tobacco products are eligible and the AP may be for a period of a minimum of 6 months. Read the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care disclaimer regarding automatic prohibitions.
